Role Purpose The Finance & Reporting Manager will support the CFO in building and managing Paytm Europe's core finance function, with responsibility for financial accounting, statutory and regulatory reporting, tax, treasury, and management information. This is a hands-on role requiring strong ownership and the ability to operate effectively in a lean, regulated, and fast-growing business. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Reporting -Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations -Review accounting entries and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the Company's financial records -Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion -Prepare and review financial statements under Lux GAAP and support Group reporting under IFRS, where applicable -Oversee the work of the external fiduciaire and other accounting service providers, including preparation of statutory accounts and supporting schedules Regulatory Reporting & Financi
