About the Team Recharges & Utilities is a core business pillar for Paytm, spanning 20+ essential categories including Mobile Recharge, Electricity, DTH, and Loans. As a Manager on this team, you will be the “Growth Engine” — using deep data insight to identify opportunities and executing high-impact campaigns to acquire and retain millions of users. The Role: Analytical Execution & Category Growth We're looking for a high-ownership individual who is as comfortable writing SQL queries in Hive as designing a marketing campaign. You will own the full data lifecycle of your assigned categories and use that data to drive P&L growth and user retention — increasingly with AI tools like Claude as your everyday co-pilot for analysis, automation, and campaign creation.
