We are looking for an experienced Treasury professional to join our Corporate Treasury & Capital Markets team. About the Role The role will be responsible for managing funding, liquidity, banking relationships, debt capital markets, treasury operations, investments and regulatory compliance. This is a strategic treasury role requiring strong exposure to debt instruments, capital markets, banking relationships, cash management and treasury accounting, along with the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities / KRAs 1. Capital Markets & Debt Management Structure, execute and manage CPs, NCDs and Term Loans Coordinate with credit rating agencies, merchant bankers, debenture trustees, institutional investors and banks Support fundraising and debt optimization initiatives Manage financing documentation, security creation and ROC/CERSAI filings Monitor debt portfolio, repayment schedules and borrowing costs 2.
