Role: Program Manager – Vendor & Partnership Management Experience: 4–6 years Location: Mumbai/Noida Education: Undergraduate No of positions required: 1 Key Responsibilities -Own the end-to-end vendor and partnership management lifecycle across the business. -Drive commercial discussions and support contract negotiations with new and existing partners to ensure favorable business outcomes. -Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and Business teams) for timely execution, renewals, and amendments of vendor agreements. -Validate vendor invoices against contractual terms, commercial commitments, and agreed service deliverables before processing payments. -Track and monitor vendor performance through defined KPIs and SLAs, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and timely issue resolution. -Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, governance, and compliance requirements. -Prepare periodic reports and dashboards covering vendor performance, commercial utilization, contract status, renewals, and operational metrics. -Identify process improvement opportunities and establish governance mechanisms to enhance vendor management efficiency. -Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution across ongoing engagements. -Support budgeting, forecasting, commercial planning, and reconciliation activities related to vendor partnerships.
