About the role: A Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for technology roles. The role will involve working on real-time tech hiring requirements, coordinating interviews, candidate communication, maintaining recruitment trackers, and supporting hiring drives. Key Responsibilities: * Source and screen candidates for roles through LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms. * Identify relevant profiles based on technical requirements and job descriptions. * Conduct initial candidate communication and HR screening calls. * Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers. * Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports. * Support job postings, offer documentation and candidate follow-ups. * Work closely with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring. * Assist with employer branding and other TA initiatives.
