About the Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in Tech Hiring and volume recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring across technology roles, managing multiple positions simultaneously, and delivering on high-volume hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Own end-to-end recruitment for Tech roles across various levels and skill sets. * Manage volume hiring and multiple open positions simultaneously. * Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, databases and other channels. * Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate fit. * Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and drive closures. * Coordinate and manage bulk hiring drives, walk-ins and weekend hiring drives as required. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant tech talent. * Ensure timely interview scheduling, feedback tracking and candidate follow-ups. * Manage offer discussions, candidate engagement and joining follow-ups. * Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and hiring dashboards. * Work on improv
