Paytm empowers businesses with innovative payment and commerce solutions. Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage business communications with onboarded merchants. The candidate will coordinate with internal business teams to receive updates, understand payment-related changes, and communicate accurate and timely information to merchants. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of financial terminology and technical skills such as SQL and Python. Key Responsibilities Receive and consolidate business updates from internal teams and communicate them to onboarded merchants. Draft and manage merchant communications regarding payment updates, policy changes, operational changes, and service-related announcements. Ensure communications are accurate, clear, timely, and aligned with business requirements. Coordinate with Business, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to validate information before dissemination. Use CRM and communication platforms such as CleverTap to manage merchant notifications and campaigns. Use SQL, Python, and Excel for data extraction, validation, reporting, and basic automation.
