About the Role :- This is an individual contributor role responsible for validation and verification of merchant KYB/KYC documents, risk assessment of merchant websites and applications, and execution of the Video Customer Identification Process (VCIP) for online merchant onboarding. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment on risk and compliance parameters, and the ability to work within defined SLAs to ensure accurate and timely merchant processing. Key Responsibilities :- Merchant KYB/KYC Validation & Risk Assessment - Validate and verify merchant KYB and KYC documents such as PAN, GST, CIN, bank proofs, address proofs, and beneficial ownership details - Cross-check submitted documents against regulatory and internal compliance checklists for authenticity and completeness - Identify discrepancies, mismatches, or forged/tampered documents and escalate for further investigation - Ensure merchant entity details are correctly captured and updated across internal onboarding systems/tools - Conduct risk assessment of merchant websites and mobile applications prior to and during onboarding, reviewing conten
