Role Overview We are looking for a Training Executive + Team Leader who can manage a team of recruiters and drive the complete Recruitment → Onboarding → Training journey, while also creating engaging AI-enabled and digital training content. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of recruiters responsible for facilitating the Onboarding to Training journey. Ensure smooth coordination between recruitment, onboarding, and training teams. Deliver classroom, virtual, onboarding, and process training programs. Develop training modules, presentations, assessments, and learning content. Leverage AI tools to create engaging and scalable training content and modules. Create digital training videos, micro-learning videos, and instructional content. Design training presentations, infographics, posters, and job aids. Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery. Key Requirements Excellent Communication Skills – Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Team Leadership Skills – Experience in managing and guiding a team of recruiters/trainers. Training Delivery Experience – Minimum 3 years of hands-on training/facilitation experience. AI Content Creator – Ability to use AI tools to develop training modules, scripts, assessments, and learning content.
