Shared Services Manager

The Shared Services Manager will be responsible for day-to-day oversight and leadership of a portfolio of 4-6 Resident Account Managers and their correlating assets. This remote position will be responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of properties in and out of the Resident Account Manager program, provide personnel oversight for Resident Account Managers, and centralize reporting requirements, compliance, and oversight for collections and delinquency KPI’s for the RAM program. This position also acts as the primary point of contact and overall platform oversight for AI technology used throughout the RAM platform.
