Today, carriers audit a small percentage of claims. They do these audits manually, inconsistently, and often too late to drive meaningful outcomes on key business metrics like Loss Ratio, Customer Satisfaction, or Claims Capacity.
We believe the future is:
→ Continuous, AI-driven audits across 100% of claims → Real-time detection of leakage, errors, and missed opportunities → Direct, measurable improvement to the loss ratio
But claims audits are just the starting point.
Our broader vision is to build an AI-native operating layer for insurance carriers, that includes:
Submission intake: structuring and routing risk data at the quote stage
Premium audits: ensuring accuracy between exposure and written premium at the bind stage
