Junior Growth Manager
About the role
The Junior Growth Manager role will report directly to a Growth Manager. This is a role that works closely with our clients, as well as our internal team — giving this individual real ownership over the day-to-day running of client accounts and relationships.
On a day-to-day basis, you'd be responsible for keeping accounts organized and on track: coordinating across teams, managing deadlines, communicating with clients, and building the systems and processes that make everyone around you more effective.
We're a small, growing team. As Pearmill scales — winning more sophisticated clients, expanding our tools, and taking on more ambitious work — our Growth Managers need a strong operational partner to run alongside them. That's this role. Your responsibilities will grow with the company, and you'll have a real impact on the business from day one.
