Visiting Founders Associate (Engineering)
About Peec AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with a 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.
About the role
We're looking for a Visiting Founders Associate to join our engineering team in Berlin. You'll be the operational backbone of the team, running the processes, projects, and internal work that keep everything moving, so our engineers can stay focused on building.
The main piece of the role is our compliance work, which you'll coordinate and execute end to end. Around that sits everything else a fast-growing engineering team needs: internal IT, new tooling, team rituals, onboarding, and being the person the rest of the company comes to when they need something technical explained or unblocked. You'll get wide view of how a startup actually runs.
What you’ll do
Coordinate and execute our compliance work end to end. You will map what's needed, gather it, keep the timeline moving, close things out
Support the wider team on compliance questions across engineering, GDPR, and data residency
Help non-technical colleagues with technical things: production access, understanding our infrastructure, getting started with vibe-coding
Improve developer experience. You will find what slows our engineers down and fix it
Run the team operations: onboardings, engineering retros, team events, and invoice management
What we’re looking for
Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Self-starter with a bias for action, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity
Some experience in a fast-paced environment (internship, working student role, or a startup)
Exposure to project management, with several things moving at once and you keeping track of all of them
A business, legal, or economics background paired with genuine technical comfort. You can find your way around a code base, docs, and developer tooling
Available for 3-months
Immediately available
What we offer
A high-impact internship working directly with the founders at one of Europe’s fastest-growing Series A startups
Real ownership and visibility across the sales and revenue organization
Regular team events and off-sites
Paid Meal & Uber rides when working late
The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin
