We have an exciting new opportunity for a Day Concierge to based at Belle Vue, a stunning Hampstead based development of luxurious homes along with pool, stretch studio, roof terrace and residents lounge.
About our role
As Day Concierge, you are the face of our community, ensuring a seamless luxury experience for our residents. You will balance high-end hospitality with rigorous site safety and operational compliance.
Key responsibilities
- First-Class Resident Engagement - Act as the primary ambassador for the community, building warm, respectful relationships with residents, conducting welfare checks, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Local Ambassador - Offer tailored recommendations for local fine dining, arts, cultural events, transport, and leisure amenities.
