Associate, Music Supervision

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Associate of Music Supervision (North America), you will be the creative heartbeat behind the sound of Peloton. Based in our NYC headquarters and reporting to the Sr. Manager of Music Supervision, you will drive music programming, curation, and strategy for our world-class Instructors. You’ll sit at the intersection of fitness, pop culture, and the music industry—shaping signature class series, elevating playlist quality, and executing high-profile artist tie-ins that motivate millions of Members daily.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Partner 1-on-1 with designated Instructors and Producers to conceptualize signature class series, elevate playlist quality standards, and curate music discovery for upcoming rides and workouts
• Serve as a key liaison to record labels and music publishers (with a strong focus on Country genres) to secure rights approvals, drive promotional tie-ins, and curate editorial tools within our internal Crescendo music platform
• Conceptualize and execute high-impact music programming for company-wide cultural moments (e.g., Black History Month, Women's History Month, Pride Month) and themed class series
• Manage weekly music ingestion for Crescendo, maintain compliance with all licensing protocols, and stay ahead of music industry trends
