Candidate Experience Coordinator

We are searching for a highly organized Candidate Experience Coordinator to assist our Recruitment team with coordination, project management, and the execution of our talent acquisition and talent marketing efforts! Working as a member of our People Team, you will support all functions and geographies globally across our teams. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Coordinate a large volume of complex interviews across all functions and geographies at a fast pace
• Deliver a high level of communication between hiring managers, candidates, and other global stakeholders
• Manage candidate interview scheduling seamlessly using Candidate.FYI and Greenhouse ATS
• Maintain and update all outside Peloton Company pages, hiring platforms, and employer-branding sites
• Be responsible for the candidate interview experience from the first contact through the entire interview process
• Maintain accurate reporting and data integrity within our internal tools and ATS (Greenhouse)
• Act as the primary liaison between hiring
