Technical Program Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive complex, cross-functional cybersecurity programs across our enterprise technology landscape — security initiatives, risk remediation, compliance efforts, and technology projects that span many teams. You’ll turn ambiguous goals into clear plans, chase down the right people across the organization to get things done, and own the outcomes end to end.

This is a delivery role with a technical spine. You won’t just track tasks — you’ll understand the systems, ask the right technical questions, surface risks early, and make the calls that keep programs on schedule. Success means predictable delivery, aligned stakeholders, and teams that can do their best work without churn.

• Take large, cross-team initiatives from intake through planning, execution, launch, and retrospective. Define scope, milestones, success metrics, and reporting
