PeopleCert is looking for a Director-ITIL (Presales) to provide ITIL subject matter expertise to the global ITIL ecosystem (including Business Development, ITIL Ambassadors, training organizations, universities, Governments, and corporations). This role sits in the intersection between Business Development, Product, and Marketing. This is a global role with travel expected, and the successful candidate can be located anywhere. 

As a Director-ITIL (Presales), your responsibilities will include: 

• Connecting with corporates, government entities and other professional organizations to help grow the awareness and the market size of the ITIL products. 
• Working closely with global ITIL Business Development to sell more ITIL products. 
• Working closely with Product Management, and Product Development to provide input to content development 
• Working closely with global Marketing to promote the ITIL brand 
• Supporting the ITIL partner organizations with client calls, sales
