PeopleCert is looking for an experienced Head of Compensation & Benefits to lead the design, implementation, and continuous development of compensation and benefits programmes across the Group.
Reporting to the VP People & Culture, this strategic role will partner closely with senior business leaders, People Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and regional People teams to ensure that PeopleCert’s reward practices remain competitive, equitable, financially sustainable, and aligned with the Group’s business and talent priorities.
The successful candidate will bring strong compensation and benefits expertise, excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex data and market insights into clear, practical recommendations.
