The best run DevOps teams in the world choose Perforce.   About the role  Perforce Software is building a finance production team in India to run recurring finance work: commissions, expense reporting, and central finance reporting. The Center Leader is the first hire and the on-site owner of that team.  You will hire and lead four analysts, set up how the team works, and take on processes from the US team in a controlled, well-documented way. You will be the main link between the India team and finance leaders in the US.  This is the start of a broader shift of finance work to India. The team will continue to grow, and you will help shape its size, scope and structure as it does.
