Manage live customer communication channels including phone, chat, and email to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
Identify, qualify, and convert inbound leads into orders while actively creating accurate quotes.
Execute targeted outbound follow-up activities via phone and email to nurture prospective buyers.
Utilize the phone as your primary daily tool to guide customers seamlessly through their buying journey.
Maintain flexibility to work Saturdays and adapt to the needs of a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
