What You’ll Do
Manage PERGOLUX’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) for the Montclair facility, verifying order statuses in Shopify and Odoo OMS to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
Plan daily inbound/outbound capacity, schedule logistics workflows, and coordinate effectively with 3PL partners and other US facility networks.
Oversee and implement new quality improvements across logistics processes, including performing final truck loading QC for secure customer shipments.
Own automated shipping communications to keep customers seamlessly informed throughout their order journey.
