Plant Manager - PERGOLUX Custom Design
Location: Bielany Wrocławskie, Poland
We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Plant Manager to run our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility as if it were their own business. In this high-impact role, you will take full P&L and operational ownership of our custom production site, doubling our output while optimizing safety, efficiency, and supply chain negotiations to sustain our profitable growth.

What You’ll Do
Own the Plant like a P&L: Take complete responsibility for production output, cost of goods, scrap, throughput, and on-time delivery to drive financial success.
Lead and Coach the Site Leadership Team: Build, mentor, and hold accountable the supervisors and department heads who manage daily floor operations.
Ensure Operational Integrity in Odoo: Serve as the champion for accurate ERP
