BDR Pipeline Generation Specialist (Chicago)

BDR / Pipeline Generation Specialist (AI Healthcare Tech) 

Location: The role will begin as fully remote, with occasional in-person team meetings. As we continue to grow and establish a Chicago office, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule in the future.

Compensation Options:

Contract-to-Hire: $45.00–$55.00 per hour
Direct Hire: $70,000–$90,000 base salary plus commission

Please note: The direct hire salary range is lower than the contract-to-hire hourly rate because direct hire employees are eligible for the company's benefits package, whereas contractors are not eligible for benefits during the contract period.
