Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading and supervising the Trim and Cure departments through effective leadership, communication, coordination, and training to achieve weekly production objectives in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner. This role oversees the processing of cannabis from harvest through the curing process to preparation for packaging, ensuring quality standards, productivity goals, and operational expectations are consistently met.The Assistant Manager is responsible for guiding, developing, and instructing team members while maintaining departmental supplies, equipment, and organization. This role must lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a strong commitment to safety at all times.
