Manager, Manufacturing
PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. Purpose
The Manager of Manufacturing oversees Cultivation, Post Harvest, and Post Post Production operations at the Hamptonburgh, NY facility, ensuring efficient workflows, staff development, and adherence to standard operating procedures. This role is responsible for optimizing equipment use, maintaining compliance, and driving high-quality, high-yield production across all cultivation departments.
The Manager of Manufacturing must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and professionalism while managing staff and achieving daily and weekly production goals. Additionally, this position supports operational improvements through analytics, technology, and equipment advancements. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Production and the Senior Manager of Post-Harvest, this role oversees multiple cultivation departments.
The salary range is $75,000 to $95,000
