Implementation Clinical Consultant Radiology Informatics

Provide clinical- and/or application consultancy services during sales and project implementation phase for Philips Radiology Informatics Solutions

Your role: 

•  Ensures successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips RI solutions

• Educating and coaching sales resources in Radiology Informatics Solutions (vuePACS, vueRIS etc.) and supporting methodology development within this area.

• Validate solution design to fit customers clinical requirements and needs during presales phase for medium-complex, local implementations of Philips RI solutions within Central Europe

• Develop relationships and provide guidance to Sr. Management customer leaders

• Serving in a consultative role with the customer throughout sales, implementation & adoption to provide for a smooth, effective and successful implementation of Philips RI solutions

• Supporting and advising the salesforce during customer acquisition to develop medium-complex opportunities <1mEUR

• Ensuring successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips RI solutions

• Working on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an good knowledge of organizational objectives. 

• Providing clinical consultancy services to medium complex projects within Central Europe on workflow analysis, identification of changes and adoption of solution design

• Guiding the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration and new functionality of Philips solutions

• Coaches and educates Clinical Consultants across Central Europe as well as customers in the use of medium-complex situations for multiple solutions

• Active member of the Clinical Consulting Community Central Europe to share knowledge, experience and lessons learned

You're the right fit if:

• Experience in clinical area of Radiology Informatics

• Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.

• Good skills to effectively structure problems, design solutions which the customer believes and advocates

• Ability to simply and persuasively communicate to different customer audiences ranging from individual contributors to organizational leadership verbally and in writing, face to face, and from distance

• Shown ability to resolve issues in medium complex environments

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Fluent in French and English, Dutch is beneficial

• Willingness to travel 70%

How we work together 

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.​ Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.​

Compensation and Benefits:

Professional recognition must go hand in hand with fair and transparent compensation. The base salary range for this position is 48 058 € - 72 806 €. Compensation within this range is determined based on objective criteria such as the required skills, your relevant experience, the level of responsibility associated with the position, as well as internal equity and local market conditions.

This position is also eligible for variable compensation, with an annual component tied to KPIs and company performance.
