Credit Control Executive - Australia

Role: Credit Control Executive
Location: Old Trafford, Manchester 
Hours: 9.30pm - 6.30am 4 nights a week (Sunday to Wednesday night/Monday night to Thursday night)
Salary: £28000 base, £33,000 OTE

Join PHMG as a Credit Control Executive and become a key part of our Credit Control team, delivering a first-class experience to our Australian client base.

Working closely with internal teams, you’ll take ownership of your client portfolio, building strong relationships while proactively managing outstanding invoices, queries and failed payments. From resolving defaulted direct debits and credit card payments to finding the best possible outcomes for your clients, you’ll play an important role in keeping our accounts running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercially minded and motivated by results, with a natural ability to communicate effectively and build rapport. You’ll be driven by achieving your KPIs, but equally focused on providing a professional and positive client experience.
