The Role
Who we’re looking for
- A person who's excited by the ambiguity of a scale-up, not someone looking for a fully paved path.
- Someone who has operated production AWS infrastructure at scale (not a lab environment or side project) and can speak concretely about what broke, why, and what they changed.
- A builder who defaults to infrastructure-as-code and treats manual console changes as a last resort, not a habit.
- A pragmatic engineer who can tell the difference between "technically correct" and "right for where the company
