City Operations Associate

What you’ll do

We are looking for a City Operations Associate to support our operations team in Bogotá. This is an entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to one year of professional experience who is excited to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Support the operations organization by ensuring operational data is accurate and users are properly set up across operating systems.
• Run quality assurance and data audit activities to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Manage process-based operational needs, such as payments, alcohol applications, tobacco licenses, health permits, and other administrative requirements, liaising with external counsel as needed.
• Train and support the operations team on the use of internal systems, acting as a key point of contact via phone and email.
• Support other Business Operations activities as needed.

 

What we’re looking for

• Recent graduate or up to one year of professional experience.
• High English proficiency (B2–C1), with the ability to communicate confidently in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically; you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working through ambiguity.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Passion for food, startups, or improving the future of office-based culture.

This role is based in our Bogotá office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
