We are seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to join Pico for an initial six-month period and support the build-out of our team in India. Working closely with India-based and global hiring managers, business leaders and HR colleagues, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for priority technical and business-critical roles. The role will focus on developing India-specific sourcing strategies, engaging specialist talent, managing efficient recruitment processes and providing practical market intelligence. You may also support selected hiring requirements across the wider APAC region, depending on business priorities.
