Purpose of the role:
The Platform Operations Engineer is responsible for maintaining the security, stability, and performance of Pico’s internal infrastructure and client trading platforms. The role focuses on supporting mission‑critical trading environments, including the investigation and resolution of operating system, platform, and hardware issues that impact client trading services.
This is a customer‑facing role with direct responsibility for delivering high‑quality operational support to Pico’s trading clients.
