Location: Kuwait Required Clearance: Secret Certifications: DoD 8570.01 M compliance for IAT Level III Required Education: HS Diploma/GED Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a combatant command. Extensive familiarity with FM 5-0, FM 6-0, JP 5-0 and other relevant publications as it pertains to understanding military orders.   Position Description:     PingWind is seeking Signal/Strategic Planner responsible for developing, coordinating, and synchronizing communications and information technology strategies that support operational and strategic objectives.
