Site Operations Manager

Location:  Fort Bliss – El Paso, TX Required Clearance: Secret Certifications: None Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline. Required Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in physical logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain operations, or leadership of analytical teams. Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). Position Description PingWind is seeking a Site Operations Manager, which is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the assigned site workforce and ensures all applicable PWS tasks are executed accurately, efficiently, safely, and within established performance standards. The SOM serves as the primary site-level management authority and works closely with the Program Manager, Government representatives, and contract personnel to maintain mission readiness, resolve operational issues, and ensure successful contract performance.
