PitcheroGPS is looking for a bright, ambitious graduate to join our growing team in Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong academic background and a passion for sport, technology and performance.

You'll work with sports teams around the world using PitcheroGPS to monitor player performance. You'll learn how GPS wearable technology works, help onboard and support customers, manage the delivery of hardware and take responsibility for making sure every detail of the customer experience is right.

This isn't a narrow graduate role.

You'll gain hands-on experience across sports technology, GPS wearables, customer success, logistics, product support, billing and account management — giving you an excellent foundation for a career in the sports technology industry.

The role

As a Junior Account Manager, you'll help look after PitcheroGPS customers from the moment they become a customer.

You'll work closely with our Account Management, Sales, Marketing and senior management teams to make sure every customer receives a first-class experience.

You'll become an expert in the PitcheroGPS product and take responsibility for several important parts of the customer journey.
