Senior Director, Enterprise Applications

Role Overview Pivot Energy is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Applications to build and run the team responsible for our core business systems. This team's initial focus is Salesforce, with scope expanding to Procore, Sage Intacct, ArcGIS, and AlsoEnergy as the function matures. The role owns the roadmap that connects business needs across Strategy, Origination, Revenue Operations, Accounting, Development, and Operations to the capabilities we build and maintain in these three systems. This is a working leadership role. You will manage a team that expands as the remit of applications increases, while personally owning stakeholder relationships, prioritization, and the transition of work currently held by external contractors into a durable in-house capability. You are the primary point of accountability for whether our core systems serve the way Pivot operates, not just whether tickets get closed.
