Product Specialist (PIX4Dcatch)
As a Product Specialist for our PIX4Dcatch mobile app, you serve as a voice-of-customer embedded in the product development team. Your mission is to ensure that our B2B customers successfully adopt our software and derive maximum value by providing technical support and documentation, as well as disseminating customer feedback into actionable insights to continually improve the product. As the PIX4Dcatch app product expert, you communicate feature updates in the context of customer value to the sales, training and customer success teams, as well as directly work with clients to support them with workflow integrations. You will interface with clients, developers, UX designers, and the product manager in your day-to-day and will belong to a team of product specialists across our product suite.
Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and respond to customer issues related to the PIX4Dcatch mobile app for our enterprise customers. Work closely with developers to report and track bugs, and recommend feature improvements based on these issues. Coordinate with customer service globally as the product expert.
- Release Rollout: Inform sales, marketing, and customer success teams, along with key customer accounts, about new features and updates to drive internal alignment and customer adoption. This includes organising product update communications for clients, presentations like
