Job Description
We are seeking a Delivery Director with a strong technical background and strategic mindset to lead high-performing teams in the technology consulting space. This person will be responsible for project delivery, acting as a trusted technical and consulting partner to national and international clients.
The role combines technical leadership, people management, and business development, being the owner of proposals and client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of large-scale technology projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Own delivery performance, including project margins, forecasting accuracy, resource planning, and operational KPIs.
- Supervise and coordinate teams of 20–30 professionals, including managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
