Project Manager Europe (m/f/d)

Your mission

• You will independently manage our projects across various European markets, keeping a close eye on timelines, budgets, and quality.
• On our construction sites, you coordinate relevant stakeholders, conduct site meetings, and ensure reliable follow-up on open issues and agreed actions.
• As a central point of contact, you ensure transparent and purposeful collaboration between customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Claim management is also part of your responsibilities: you identify deviations and project risks early on and follow up on them consistently.
• By closely monitoring the execution of PBT’s contracts, you contribute to smooth and reliable project delivery. 
• Regular travel to our European project sites allows you to stay close to the projects, support important decisions on site, and maintain a clear overview of the project status.

Your profile

• You speak and write French and Spanish fluently and also have a good command of German or English for communication within our international organization.
• A degree or comparable qualification in building services engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical field forms the foundation of your expertise.
• With at least 3 years of professional experience in project management, you are familiar with the requirements of complex technical projects, ideally in an inte
