AI Creative Marketer (Intern)

Marketing team:

We run paid acquisition for Plata on Meta, TikTok and Google. Our growth depends on how fast we can produce ad creative that works dozens of new UGC concepts a month. This internship sits inside that loop: find the idea, write it, get it produced, read the result.

Challenges that await you:

• Monitor competitors and trends — track what global fintechs are running; spot formats trending on TikTok/Reels before they saturate; keep a reference library and share a weekly digest.
• Ideate and write scripts — turn insights into UGC video concepts and write the scripts for the Mexican market.
• Assign scripts to creators — match each script to the creator whose performance history fits it, avoid repeats, balance proven performers against new talent. Own the production tracker.
• Generate AI videos — produce ad variants with AI video/voice tools to test ideas fast, and help turn that into a repeatable workflow.
• Read the numbers — pull creative performance from our dashboards, see what's scaling and what's burning money, and feed that into the next round of scripts.

• The perfect fit for us is creativity plus numbers. You come up with ideas, and you can read the data that tells you whether they worked  and then use that to make the next idea better.
• Creativity:  you like generating ideas.
• At ease with numbers:  a table of spend and CPA is readable, not intimidating.
• Native Spanish.
• English at basic to intermediate level for internal communication.
• Hands-on with AI tools already experimenting on your own (Veo, Sora, HeyGen, Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney or similar).
