NetSuite Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager at Plative, you will own the delivery outcomes of a pod of NetSuite consultants and serve as a trusted advisor to your clients. You will report to the Director of NetSuite Delivery and are responsible for: (a) maintaining delivery excellence and customer satisfaction throughout client engagements; (b) coaching and developing a high-performing delivery team; and (c) supporting commercial success through strong project execution and presales partnership. Plative is a fast-paced, agile environment and the Delivery Manager will have a significant impact in transforming the technology landscape at our client and partner organizations.

Project Oversight & Delivery Leadership:

• Track and manage project activity across timeline, scope, budget, risks, team capacity, and delivery quality across multiple concurrent engagements; proactively identify delivery trends and prevent issues before they escalate.
• Build executive credibility with client stakeholders; understand their business goals and project priorities, and help them think strategically about implementation roadmap, adoption, value realization, and future opportunities.
• Establish and maintain consistent project governance including status reporting, RAID logs, project plans, stakeholder alignment, and decision tracking; strengthen governance standards across your pod.
