Senior NetSuite Consultant | Retail & Wholesale Distribution

As a Senior NetSuite Consultant at Plative, you will be advising and implementing NetSuite solutions to our portfolio of customers. Candidates for this role should possess a deep knowledge of NetSuite's capabilities in the Retail & Wholesale Distribution space and high-level knowledge of common industry-specific integrations. You will act as a knowledgeable advisor to customers, uncover business requirements, and configure effective solutions that address the customer's requirements. Plative is a fast-paced, agile environment, so you will be involved from project inception to completion and will work on multiple projects at the same time.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver basic to complex NetSuite implementation projects, including solution design and project management.
• Facilitate and lead customer discovery meetings, identifying opportunities beyond the initial scope and tracking findings in the project backlog.
• Delegate tasks to analysts and guide their work to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Flag project limitations and issues early, and work with senior consultants and architects to address them.
• Prepare design documentation and present configuration and design recommendations to customers.
