Summary
As Course Director at Platzi you own educational initiatives end to end — courses, live classes, events, and product collaborations: what we teach, who teaches it, how it gets made, and how it lands. You work with the teachers you choose and coach, with Postproduction, and with Growth and Engineering on how learning actually happens inside the platform.
At any given time you're running 2 to 3 initiatives in parallel, each at a different stage and often on completely different topics. You also decide when each course goes out, reading timing, market demand and data so the launch lands where it matters.
This is not an academic role. It's a creative and hands-on one. You treat a course like a product: you have a hypothesis about what will work, you run it, you look at what happened, and you change it. You
