Finance Support Specialist

PlayOn! Sports is looking for a Finance Support Specialist to provide a high level of support to our customers including schools and fans using PlayOn! for digital ticketing. This position will work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and handle a wide variety of activities. The Finance Support Specialist will utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to address customer concerns ranging from basic questions to critical/time-sensitive issues. We are looking for someone who is driven to instill confidence in our customers, build their trust in PlayOn! In this role, you can expect to

• Interact with customers via email and phone to handle any requests and troubleshoot financial issues proficiently and consistently 
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with a primary focus on providing the best customer support to both schools and their fans
• Consistently respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner based on established department SLAs 
• Prioritize relationship with schools, listen to their needs and custom-tailor responses to questions
• Ability to perform simple financial account reconciliations at customer requests.
