Please Assist Me partners with luxury residential communities to provide premium package management and resident lifestyle services. The Assistant Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across both the Package Department and Resident Operations Department to ensure seamless service delivery, operational excellence, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
This position will be in charge of overseeing our Residential Personal Assistants and Package Assistants. You will be training the team to complete the following tasks:
Hospitality Operations Management
- Overall Hospitality: Instructing the team on how to interact with residents and apartment staff to create magical experiences.
- House Cleaning: Training on how to complete combination of chores to maintain private households in an efficient and orderly manner. Duties include dusting, hand washing dishes and cleaning kitchen c
