Programs and Tools Specialist
The Role
Plexus Worldwide is seeking an organized, proactive Programs and Tools Specialist to coordinate Sales initiatives that support business objectives and help Ambassadors succeed. You will turn program needs into clear briefs, requirements, timelines, and requests, then keep work moving across Sales, IT, Legal, and other teams through launch and follow-up.
This role is ideal for someone who brings structure to a fast-paced environment, manages details carefully, and builds strong working relationships while balancing multiple priorities.
Employee Value Proposition
You will help bring Sales programs and tools to life, gaining exposure to several parts of the business and seeing the impact of your work on the Ambassador experience. From Workfront requests and legal reviews to launch testing and program updates, you will own meaningful coordination work and have opportunities to improve how initiatives are delivered.

Coordinate multiple Sales programs from intake through launch, keeping requirements, qualifications, official rules, milestones, and owners clear and up to date.
Build effective partnerships with Sales, IT, Legal, and other teams, so requests move through review, testing, and approval accurately and on time.
Identify and implement practical improvements to program documentation, tracking, and handoffs that reduce rework and keep initiatives moving as priorities change.

Cross-Functional Review and Launch Readiness
Partner with Sales, IT, Legal, and other teams to clarify requirements, coordinate reviews, communicate updates, and resolve issues.
Prepare and route materials for legal review, including briefs and official rules, and confirm that approved details are reflected accurately in program materials.
Review and maintain program tools, communications, and resources for accuracy and consistency; support testing and quality assurance before launch.
Measurement and Improvement
Track program status and success measures, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to programs, tools, and processes.
Provide the Director, Sales Programs and Tools with timely updates on progress, risks, decisions needed, and next steps.
Work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
