Role Description
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Health Insurance Oversight System (HIOS), a mission-critical federal application supporting the regulation and oversight of the health insurance marketplace. This role focuses on Operations & Maintenance (O&M), production support, user support, and incremental enhancements across numerous business modules.
Working within an Agile delivery team, you will collaborate closely with CMS stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, testers, architects, and operations personnel to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements while helping ensure reliable operation of the HIOS platform.
