Project Manager – Water/Wastewater Infrastructure (00563)

PMA Consultants is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects and programs for major clients in Southeast Michigan. The Project Manager will independently manage small-to-medium construction projects or portions of larger programs, overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, construction execution, and stakeholder coordination from project development through closeout. Working on the client's behalf, this role serves as a key liaison among owners, contractors, design consultants, vendors, and internal teams. The Project Manager will provide day-to-day project leadership, monitor cost and schedule performance, support contract administration, identify and mitigate risks, and provide site oversight and QA/QC observations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and representing the client's interests throughout the project lifecycle.
