About the Role
As Head of Engineering at Poesis, you'll have the opportunity to define the technical foundation of an AI-native investment manager from the ground up. Working alongside the CEO, Chief Scientist and an exceptional technical team, you'll take a hands-on role in solving complex engineering challenges at the intersection of frontier AI, autonomous agents, large-scale data and quantitative research. You'll lead translating frontier AI research into production systems capable of making real investment decisions while building the engineering organization and technical culture that will power the company's next stage of growth.
