About the Role
The Growth team owns how Polymarket acquires users and converts attention into volume. We move fast, spend real money across a range of channels and geographies, and hold ourselves to business outcomes — not vanity metrics. The media investment function sits at the center of that, and right now it needs someone who can build the analytical backbone that makes every dollar accountable.
This is not a coordination role. You will own the media plan, the forecast, the measurement approach, and the reconciliation. Polymarket operates in an event-driven, highly seasonal environment where timing and pricing can matter as
